By using GFA PNG Angler Hub you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short — read them once.

1. Membership

Access requires an approved membership in one of the six GFA PNG member clubs (PMGFC, LGFC, MGFC, SRGFC, NBGFC, BSFC). Your home club admin approves your account.

2. Accurate catch reporting

Catches you submit are reviewed by club admins. Misrepresenting a catch — wrong species, weight, line class, location, or claiming someone else's fish — can result in catch rejection, score forfeiture, or membership review. Be honest. Game fishing is a sport of honour.

3. Photo evidence

Tag & release of billfish requires a photo. By uploading you grant your club and the platform a non-exclusive licence to display the image in leaderboards, season highlights, and competition results. You retain ownership of the image.

4. Competition rules

Scoring rules, eligible species, weights, and line classes are set by each club and may differ between clubs. Your club's published rules apply. If they conflict with anything shown in the app, the club's published rules take precedence — flag it to your admin.

5. Conduct

Don't post abusive comments, harass other members, attempt to access accounts you don't own, or upload illegal content. Repeated violations result in account suspension.

6. Availability

The app is offered "as is". We make best efforts to keep it running but make no guarantees about uptime, especially in remote areas where connectivity is intermittent. Catches you log offline will sync when connectivity returns.

7. Liability

Use of the app is at your own risk. The platform operator and member clubs are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via club admins. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
